Use the enclosed Return Product sticker as a shipping label to return warranty products. If you do not have a return product sticker, please call us at 1.800.667.0640 or 306.934.0640 to request an RMA number. A security will be required to ship parts (credit card #).

Return the warranty product (with the return product sticker) to:

When returning product Internationally to Canada, ensure to mark on the custom papers and the outside of the box that the item(s) are “Canadian Goods being Returned for Warranty Repair”, and declare the item(s) at a low dollar value. Items that are returned without this information will be rejected and returned to the customer for reshipment.

If the RMA sticker has been misplaced, ship the warranty item(s) with a note that includes the following details:

RMA Number
Name, Phone Number and Address
Reason for returning item(s)

Please return warranty parts within 30 days. Any warranty parts not returned within 30 days will be charged to the customer. If you are unable to return the product within 30 days, please contact Agtron to request an extension.

Our warranty conditions require that the cost of shipping is the responsibility of the customer including duty and/or customs charges. Any warranty product that is shipped collect will be refused and returned to the customer for re-shipment.
