Is there a service manual or operators manual for the diagnostic monitor PN: 9ART06202 ?
I have the following error code on 45 of 46 sensors. 255:255 P1 1-1-0 Test Failed
All sensor were working and then all went off at the same time, reading on the ART160 - Sensor # Clean on all the sensors, but 1. Sensors have been cleaned with mild soap and water. Different ART100 Head was used - Same error codes. When new sensor is plugged in-line operation is normal.

There is a manual for the ART service tool. I have attached it to my response. Those numbers are the Eye Strength values. Both eyes in the sensor showing 255 means that they have failed, and I would expect a CLN alarm on one of our regular monitors.

Tested 50 of the sensors. Have only 4 good ones. Of the 46 bad ones they are all a part number AGSS25A04. Of the goods ones there is 1 AGSS25A04 and the other 3 are AGSS25B00. Find it odd to have so many sensors all go out at the same time. Do you want me to send some back for further testing?

Kolten no that is ok. The AGSS25A04 sensors are obsolete. They have been replaced by the AGSS25B sensors that work much better. Do you have any of the serial numbers of the ones that failed so I could see how old they are?

Yeah, I have all of them. Here are 4 failed and the one that works.. These should be 6 or 7 years old based off our sales records, I have older systems out running though that haven't had this failure rate:
607373, 604011, 607364, 606848
602925 is still working.
