Agtron part number AGRT07000 connects to the bottom of the ART Monitor and provides two inputs for Agtron sensor types and has a third extension which may be connected directly to port A on a Trimble CFX-750. Note: Position 2 on Port A is the digital output line.

If you already have another cable connected to port A, it is possible to remove the connector body from the Agtron cable and insert the contact/wire into position 2 of your existing cable. To do so: Remove the locking wedge from the front face of the connector body using needle nose pliers and then remove the contact using a small flat screwdriver. Remove the locking wedge from your existing cable in Port A, insert the wire into position 2 until you hear a click and then press the locking wedge back into place.

To enable the CFX-750 output see Chapter 12 in the user guide (referencing version 4A). In the System Menu > Advanced, > Digital Output: Set the output type to RADAR and set the frequency rate to around 50Hz.

You'll also have to perform a distance check or manually change the Circumference setting on the ART monitor to get the correct ground speed.
